STAGING PACKAGES

Full stage consist of: 

Living room, dining room, family room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Estimated price. $3500-$8900. Prices vary according to size of the home and how much furniture is required. 

Partial Stage:

Living room, dining room, (1) bedroom, (2) bathrooms. $2800-$4200.  Prices vary according to size of the home and how much furniture is required. 

Redesign: 

Using the clients furniture and redesigning the space.  We add accessories to bathrooms and other areas of the house if needed.  Estimated price.  $1800-$3500.00.  Prices vary according to size of the home and if furniture is required.  

How does it work.

• It starts with a visit to your home.  Walking through the entire home, taking measurements and pictures so we can come up with the best design plan that fit your needs and budget.
• Then comes the proposal. 
• Once approved we do the rest.  We schedule date and time for set up.  
• We ask for a 5 day advance notice plus a 50% deposit.
• It usually takes 1-2 days to set up and install.
• Pick up and delivery 3-4 day notice to schedule
